Unable to Play the game. error window

Well, does your computer meet the minimum system specifications as described
on the game's packaging? Sounds to me like it doesn't.

Recently I bought a game " THE MARK"
I found no problems in installing it. but when open it by clicking the
icon there below appears a a red line stating that " The Pixel shader 2.0
doesn't support and further says that system is low configurated to
support the Direct X 9.0c"
Please help me..............please...........

yeah but it is still creating the same problem

Not that I'm a games whizz but if you can report the *exact* text of the
error messages you're getting that'll be a start, maybe for others.

I am also having the same problem, but it's with Jewel Quest Solitaire. I
remember seeing a FIX for this (and a long list of games) on Vista; is there
such a file for us XP users?

p.s: I run these through iwin.com's download manager, but I'm not sure if
it's that or XP. I keep getting the "send an error report problem" window....
